I will cater to your requirements, including food likes, dislikes and dietary restrictions such as meat eater, pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, keto, anti inflammatory, low carb, paleo, lactose free, teen friendly and more!
My nutrition plan is exact food, not a macro only plan. I will also include your macro calculations, for times when you want to eat foods outside of the plan, while still reaching your goals!
Once custom nutrition plan is purchased, a questionnaire will be emailed to the email connected to your PayPal. Please note if you'd like it sent to an alternate email address.
